When we decided to sell our home in the Rivergreen subdivision in Canton, we knew Regina would be the best fit. We wanted to work with someone we knew and trused, and had worked with her several years prior. Regina is great. She makes the process of selling a home seamless. We would recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell in Cherokee County.

Anyone new to the area searching to a new home can't do much better that to enlist Regina to help find the right property to meet your needs and work to secure it at the right price. A pleasure to work with and couldn't ask for anyone to work any harder the she does !

Regina worked with me for 2 years and was fantastic! She has an intimate knowledge of the market and always gave us great insights. Regina was always there to answer all of our questions and was able to negotiate for us at every opportunity. Her knowledge of the market was top notch and she made the entire buying and selling process a breeze. I would strongly suggest to any potential buyer/seller to choose Regina to be their realtor. Buying and selling a home is the biggest purchase you'll make in your life, why would you not pick the best?

Regina knows the real estate market! She did a great job marketing our home and it was sold in two days! She was always prompt, followed through on all details and most importantly she actively pursued the listing and the sale.
