We were so lucky to have been referred to Reneta through a friend. She is a fantastic realtor and just an all around awesome person. We aren’t from the Austin area and needed finding the perfect second home there, which is a challenge when you don’t know the market and have limited time to search for properties. Reneta helped us find the perfect place in one of the most difficult markets we’ve seen in years and went above and beyond post-closing to help us tie up some loose ends with appliance deliveries and other details because we couldn’t be on site. Buying a home can be compared to riding a rollercoaster. There are sudden drops, sharp turns, and nauseating inversions I did not see coming.
