Dallas is a 11/10 real estate agent that we would recommend to anyone! We interviewed several real estate agents when we moved to Vegas. We wanted someone that seemed knowledgeable, would give us honest opinions, and would guide us through the process as first time home buyers. Dallas beat out the competition from the get go. We ended up going to several new build tours and saw more than a dozen houses before we settled on a new construction home. Dallas walked us through every step of the process. He went to the location to pick out the best lots (even when he was sick!), sat in our design meeting, went to our open wall walk , oversaw our inspection, and our new home orientation. He also provided a bunch of helpful contacts for pool, landscaping, etc. Dallas was always available by txt and thoughtfully responded to all our questions, whethee it was about the value of a specific feature, what color we should pick for floors or when we should spray for pests etc. If that's not dedication, I don't know what is.

I highly recommend Jeremiah. You will not be disappointed. He is very passionate about what he does. We will always be grateful for him helping us sell our home quickly especially since my husband had just gotten a job transfer out of state and needed to sell quickly. Thank you!

It was such our pleasure meeting Jeremiah . As a first time home buyer, he guided & helped us every step of the way. He was very responsive and always made sure to answer all our questions and concerns. Our offer got accepted in less than 24 hours. After so many years of renting, we are finally homeowners. Thanks to my family for recommending Jeremiah to us. He is highly recommended. He is fantastic, very professional, dedicated, communicative, very nice, and understanding. We can’t thank him enough for all his hard work, help, and making our dream a reality. Home sweet home it is!

Dallas and his team were an absolute pleasure and spectacular to work with! As first time buyers purchasing out of state, Dallas worked above and beyond and provided high quality customer service experience. He is extraordinarily responsive! His response time was unmatched and was available basically 24/7 for our needs. His kind, warm and genuine demeanor is truly appreciated! Dallas is more than just an agent, he is a friend and confidant you can trust and look to! Dallas is very knowledgable about the Las Vegas housing market and helped us navigate a foreign terrain. Dallas made accommodations to allow us to view virtually and in-person (following COVID safety protocols). The best thing is that the relationship doesn't end once you sign the contract. Dallas comes with a great team that we used to inspect and rent our new place. If you are looking for someone who is there with you every step of the way, who cares and looks out for your best interest, who is communicative, experienced, Dallas is your person. I have no reservations working with Dallas and will continue to work with him moving forward. I highly recommend Dallas for all real estate purchases/sales to everyone!

Found this dude on TikTok. Absolutely phenomenal knowledge of the region, the market and how to best move high ticket property in the area. Will NEVER work with another real estate agent in the future. Keep up the incredible work and content, Dallas.
