I was selling a home I had been renting out for the last couple years. She was great in advising me what features were needing updated to meet the current buyers wants - and then setting the right price point .....then SOLD within 30 days.....Thanks Rhonda!!!!

I went into this experience thinking "all real estate agents are the same. They can't be good or bad at their job. They just show you a house you want to see". I got to experience both sides of that coin. Thankfully, I was on the positive end of that coin. Rhonda was incredibly fantastic and patient with me as a first-time homeowner. She went above and beyond in all areas and made this experience as easy and painless as possible. All the while buffering and deflecting the negativity from the other involved agent, and continued on the path to close the deal as soon as possible. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone I come across looking to buy or sell their forever home.

Best Real Estate Agent in the area. We were first home buyers and needed lots of information about the house. She was always there to answer all our questions. We are very happy with all her services and would recommend her any time. Thank you again for everything and keep up the excellent work.
