We worked with Shannon to both buy and sell and highly recommend her! She’s always quick to reply to our questions and let us know what to expect for each step of the process. We looked at a lot of homes (she has a lot of patience!), and Shannon’s experience, expertise, and honest feedback has been invaluable to helping us see remodeling possibilities and also avoid potential issues when buying. Thanks to Shannon’s selling strategies (including pricing and advice for getting the house ready), we had multiple offers on the home we sold, getting over ask plus pre-negotiated inspection terms! Buying and selling can be a stressful time, but Shannon can be counted on to keep everyone calm and on track!

Shannon did an amazing job selling our house. Her house prep suggestions were helpful and realistic. She was a fantastic negotiator and got us a great deal on our house. I really appreciated how quick she was to respond to our messages and kept us well informed. She also went above and beyond helping us after closing when some packages shipped to our old address after moving out. She picked up and drove our packages to UPS for us. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

We interviewed 5 agents before choosing Shannon as our selling agent. Shannon is patient, listened to all of our questions/concerns and explained each step of the process (some times multiple times) so we were prepared for all possible outcomes ( good or bad). She responded to our text messages in a timely manner and was also available for phone calls as needed. She is confident in her abilities as a realtor. Her level of professionalism, experience and the fact that she really wanted the best outcome for us is why we chose Shannon to share this experience with us. We made the right choice!

Shannon was a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with her again. My property sat for a year with little interest. I contacted Shannon because I knew she has a strong presence in my area, as she had successfully represented multiple sellers and buyers. At our first meeting, she crafted a marketing strategy that would appeal to or attract the buyer looking to buy my property. Her strategy worked, and she secured a buyer in less than a month. She was prompt, sent feedback after each showing, and I felt she made me a priority during the listing and negotiating process. All around excellent knowledge of the real estate market and terrific to work with.

We met Shannon at one of her open houses that was a few doors down from our renovation and when we were ready to list we decided to give her a try and we were very impressed with her professional work experience she did everything she promised above and beyond!!! She has sold thirteen of our renovations and they all have sold first few days on the market she has awesome strategy and we continue to use her as our realtor!! We “HIGHLY” recommend her she is truly the best realtor out there!!
