Rich is fantastic - he helped us buy our house and then a few years later when circumstances changed, helped us sell it again. He was thorough and highly responsive, very helpful throughout the process of both the purchase and sale. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

We met Richard on our first visit to the property. He was gracious, helpful and made us feel very welcome. I could not recommend him more highly. In the course of the transaction, he answered every question, was always available, in fact we finished a few forms at midnight. A real credit to his firm. If only all RE agents were of this caliber !!

Rich was responsive, hard-working and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile as we were purchasing a 125-year old home. He negotiated on our behalf expertly and brought a pleasant, no-drama attitude to the entire process. During a very short (3 day) inspection period, he enabled us to line up general and specialized inspectors; and he helped us close our deal even after we had left for an international vacation. We'd absolutely recommend him.
