We enjoyed working with Rick on several occasions. He was showing us many properties in the area. His local expertise and complete devotion to the area where he works and lives is the first thing that you notice when you start working with him. He is always available, and responds usually within a few hours or even less than that. He is never pushy and you can count on a sound and honest advice in any situation even if it might discourage you to proceed with the deal. He has great communication skills, even when he is temporarily away, it feels like he is right here for you. His command of modern electronic document preparation is impressive. All documents that he prepared for us where always helpful and on time. The final closing process was organized flawlessly and everything just worked. We can recommend Rick without reservation to anybody who would like to buy or sell a real estate property in the area. You won't be disappointed!

Rick was our real estate agent when we purchased our condo in Coeur d'Alene. He was very helpful, friendly and professional and made the process very pleasant. He also found us a wonderful condo. Rick knows the Coeur d'Alene area very well as he has been in business here for years. We remain friends to this day, something you don't find very often in today's real estate market.
