RZ had all the qualities one looks for in a great landlord: understanding, responsive, supportive, etc. His property on Stow Ave was always well maintained and I enjoyed my time there. He cares deeply about those renting from him. I would highly recommend renting from RZ.

We first met Robert in 2019 when we went to look at a house on a whim. At that time we weren’t ready to buy but we walked away from that experience knowing Robert would be a great agent. He was really straightforward and honest and easy to talk to. He setup an automated email that sent us houses that matched our discussed requirements and after that we didn’t really talk with Robert until 2021 when we decided to start seriously looking for a home. My wife and I really appreciated that Robert never tried to push us on anything but he was there when we needed him. Once we started seriously looking for homes Robert gave us a great intro to the unique experience of purchasing a home in the Bay Area. After that Robert was there as much or a little as we needed him. As we found houses we wanted to see Robert and his team did a great job of arranging showings and taking us through the pros and cons of each home. Once we found our dream house Robert was ready to go! On the day we needed to make our final offer Robert had knee surgery and within hours of surgery he was on the phone with us helping us with our offer. If you are looking for a really genuine and smart agent we can’t recommend Robert enough.

Robert handled a tense negotiation with a difficult seller without a hitch. He worked with us to define the strategy, make decisions, and executed to perfection. His advice has been sound and on point. More importantly, he understood what we were going for. He and his team helped smooth things out and kept the transaction on track at the crazy Bay Area pace. Robert and RZ are excellent buyer’s agents who will help you buy a house without trying to sell you a house. A rare breed!

RZ helped us find our dream home during Covid times. He followed all protocols for our safety meticulously. He accompanied us to every single property that we saw and was always on time. He had professional and honest answers for every query we enquired. RZ has his Masters in Architecture that gives him an edge over others in his profession. During house inspection, he always guided us about a different aspects of the house like sound proofing of the windows, maximizing the sunlight in the house, foundation etc. He is fun to communicate with and we ended up seeing more houses than we desired just so that we can meet and chat with RZ...
