Nate did an outstanding job for us on the sale of our Sammamish home. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market sets him apart from other agents in the area. His planning and strategizing skills resulted in over 20 offers for our house and our final sale price was $350k over the listing price! The process was smooth, and we felt completely comfortable with Nate the entire time. He helped evaluate the improvements we made, ensuring we chose the highest return items to fix on the house prior to listing. He has a great team of people that he works with such as home stagers, photographers, and home repair specialists. He brought a strategy to the sales process that involved having a pre-inspection completed before we listed the home. From that pre-inspection we were able to get a roof repair done which ended up saving time down the road and gave potential buyers confidence in making a top dollar offer on our home. We were so impressed with his professionalism that we had him handle the purchase of our next house on Bainbridge island.

Nice enough guy, but he abdicated all the work to his associate. Additionally, we don’t trust him as he categorically lied to us about something and his negotiation skills are weak. His associate did all the heavy lifting and would have preferred to only have worked with him.

Luc and I have bought and sold over 10 homes. This was definitely the easiest and smoothness transaction that we have ever had! We can’t thank the people involved enough for their fantastic efforts! Nate has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He stays calm when things get stressful and considers several solutions when helping us make the best decisions for us. He is prompt in returning phone calls and messages and consistently follows up or checks in as things progress to closing.
