When you go to purchase the biggest item in your life, you should work with the BEST real estate agent. Rocky is the best agent since he is on top of every single step that needs to be handled to get you into a new home or out of your home. He has a personal assistant who also is amazing at handling the behind the scenes parts of buying or selling a home. They both are professional, punctual, and experts in real estate. I would highly recommend choosing Rocky as your realtor because he and his assistant will make sure you get what you want while also informing you of several key points during each step in the transaction. I was very impressed with Rocky from the moment we met until the day the sale was final. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I particularly appreciated his eye for detail in helping me make my house look appealing to potential buyers. My house sold quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend Rocky Hawrysz!

What can I say about Rocky? He's amazing! His assistant Melinda is also amazing! I interviewed several agents to facilitate the sale of my home. Rocky demonstrated a genuine caring approach with the heart of a teacher. He's not the gum-chewing, finger snapping let's make a quick sale, used car salesman. Not even close! He is a pure class act. Appearance, demeanor, follow through.. all 100%. He was very supportive from everything to his guidance in preparing the home for sale through the actual close of escrow. I can't say how much I appreciated that he described each step and the next step in the process. We never went backwards... never "oh I forgot..." He was always on point and we will forever be grateful!

Rocky did a excellent job for us and would Highly recommend him. He made it a very pleasant . Very knowledgeable and stayed on top of everything. He has great knowledge of real estate and very professional.
