When I decided to sell my house, Roland was one of several realtors recommended to me by friends. After my first meeting with him, I didn't need to talk to anyone else -- I knew he would be the perfect realtor for me and my house and I was right! We all know the Pandemic changed the real estate market, and also changed the way people do business. A lot of agents haven't adapted and are still selling homes in the 'traditional' manner. Roland has not only adapted, he's innovated while still maintaining the 'traditional' values of integrity and compassion. My sale was a bit complicated -- involving a renovation, a move out of state, and last minute delay with the buyer's loan paperwork -- but Roland always made sure to keep me update on what I needed to know while at the same time giving me the confidence that he was handling the day to day issues so I didn't have to. I followed Roland's advice on 98% of everything we did and on the 2% I felt strongly about he listened to my reasoning and found a way to make my wishes work with his plans. Now that everything is finished and sold, I have no regrets about choosing to work with Roland and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone else looking for a realtor!
