Dave was amazing to work with. From the very beginning he explained the entire home selling experience so there were no surprises along the way. He helped us stage our home for the perfect presentation to potential buyers, and his virtual tour technology gave us an edge on other homes listed in the area. While consulting us on what price to list for, as well as working our way through the negotiation process, it was clear he had our best interests at hand, and never pushed us in any direction. I tend to have a lot of questions, Dave was right there with the answer the whole time. Dave is an amazing realtor! He sold our home and helped us purchase a new home. Both experiences were wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He is always very responsive; answering calls/texts at all hours. Dave always encouraged us to ask questions and if he didn't have the answer, he would find it for us. I highly recommend Dave Faxel!
