It has been a pleasure working with Rosa! We were first time home buyers and were daunted by the process. Rosa was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. She was extremely proactive throughout the process in order to ensure things moved quickly and efficiently. Since we are from out of town, she made sure to make time for us when we came down to look at houses, be there for the inspection, and the final walkthrough. I would highly recommend working with Rosa!
