Leticia and Alberto are top notch at what they do. We contacted them to sell a property that was in a family trust. From the first meeting with both of them, we felt at ease and sensed they were truly honest people that enjoyed what they did. During the first open house (only one was needed), we received over 7 offers, well over the asking price, and I know for a fact, this was to due to Leticia and Alberto's experience in pricing the property accurately, not with some exaggerate, over the top asking price, as some realtors tend to do. During the selling process, both returned our calls and text in a timely manner, and the entire selling process with seamless. You can not go wrong seeking their service for your real estate needs.
