Dawn Bray went above and beyond to care for our needs during a cross-country relocation. She is very thorough, has strong relationships with adjunct professionals (inspector, plumber, lenders, etc.) and was very communicative during the entire process. Her humor and eye for details are the cherry on top. Would highly recommend!

It's hard to imagine a better buyer's agent than Tim Piek. Tim's extensive experience on both sides of the deal (buying and selling) meant that we never encountered a question he couldn't answer. Tim relentlessly advocated on our behalf with the sellers, vendors, and lender. To say he went above and beyond was an understatement - he routinely and proactively anticipated needs every step of the way. And he did all of this on our schedule, making himself available whenever needed. Finally, Tim is just a nice, fun person and his sense of humor kept things light. Bravo, Tim! Thank you for helping us find the perfect home and making it easy and fun along the way!

Peter Searcy was asbolutely the best! We were both new to the Atlanta area and first-time home buyers. Peter was incredibly patient with us, helping us understand all aspects of the home-buying process and always struck the right balance between listening to what we wanted/needed and giving his advice and recommendations. He was incredible communicative and always available for us. When it came to the actual offer and home purchase, we really relied on his expertise and it proved to be well worth it because we're moving into our first home today!!! Would absolutely work with Peter again and encourage anyone looking for a new home to enlist his help!

From our first conversations to the final closing on both a sale and a purchase, Russell made the entire process both enjoyable and low-stress. The entire team at Community and Council worked like a well-oiled machine. Jill coordinated a beautiful listing for our home, including pictures I will forever cherish. Once we were under contract, Ashley was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the paperwork and answering all our questions with grace and kindness. I truly felt like a part of the team! Moving is never easy, but everyone worked to make the process as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Russell if you are thinking of buying or selling soon!

Russell did an outstanding job with the entire home buying process. My wife and I had so many questions when buying our first condo, and Russell was able to explain every step so thoroughly! He’s extremely knowledgeable of the market and was overall great to work with. I would truly recommend him to anyone as a realtor!
