My husband and I have bought and sold many homes in many cities, and worked with many real estate agents. Shannon stands head and shoulders above every single one. The sale of our former home and purchase of our new one was not a simple process, complete with many twists and turns, and Shannon was an absolute superhero ready to tackle each and every issue that arose in a months-long process. She is impressively knowledgeable, incredibly understanding, and the exact person you want with you in the process of buying or selling your home. I could not be more grateful to have found her.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home. We had no clue what to look for or how to find a home we’d like. Honestly Shannon was the best thing that could have happened to my wife and I. She found us a home we loved, negotiated more then we wanted and helped make the process go smoothly. 10/10 recommend and she is my only choice for real estate agent. If you want to find something you’ll love for the best deal Shannon is the person to call!

Sadena & Shannon were the best I’ve EVER worked with! They went above and beyond expectations and really helped me during one of the worst times in my life. Shannon helped myself & my fiancé purchase our dream home and when he passed away she was there to help me thru selling. I can’t say enough nice things about her!

Shannon and her team did an amazing job! She was a great support for us selling two homes in the Rogue Valley area and moving to Coos Bay. I don’t think I could have done it without her especially since my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed while selling and moving. I couldn’t say enough on how much I appreciate Shannon. I was always informed, encouraged and valued. We looked at several homes during the week and weekend until we found the right one for us. Thank you !!!

Sadena was an invaluable asset during our home purchase. The deal would not have been done without her. Sadena brings with her a wealth of knowledge about the area and is very well connected back to the local community. Our deal was somewhat complicated but she had someone to handle every issue that came up during the process. What could have easily been a nightmare situation felt fairly routine. We look forward to working with her on future purchases and highly recommend you do the same.
