First of all, you need to know that this review is not the result of a purchase on our part. Shawna showed us numerous homes and sent us every available potential property in our low price range even though this would not result in a lucrative profit for her. She never made us feel like our need was low on her priority list. Shawna did place a bid on our behalf that did not result in a sale. She did this during a time when her mother-in-law became seriously ill and died. When our needs changed, Shawna demonstrated true professionalism when we contacted her and told her the circumstances. We plan to contact her in the future if we decide to follow through on our original plan. We thank her for her patience, professionalism, and kindness.

Shawna has been a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. This being my first time home purchase I had lots of questions and was even clueless as to how the process went or even what was involved. Even given those circumstances she's never left me wondering what do I do next or question anything, she's always there when i need her, whether its how to do this or how to do that and has always responded quickly. She has made this process a very smooth and and easy process and I would certainly recommend Shawna and her EXP team to first time home buyers, repeat home buyers, vacation home buyers and even friends and family.
