Julie was very personable and knowledgeable. She has a wonderful personality. This was my first time buying and the process was very easy. I also dealt with some others in the office and they were also great. I would recommend Julie to my friends and family.

Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable .She answered any and all of our questions.Our closing went very smooth.We felt like a member of the Clear Choice family.I would recommend Julie to anyone looking for a home to buy or sell.

Julie was very responsive and fit us into her schedule and took the time to get us what we needed. She always answered any questions and was very polite. She even got us our rental application all taken care of. She went above and beyond. We also got to work with Justin and he was very nice as well and always on time.

My experience with Julie was awesome. No other words to describe my experience. My situation and process was different than most, due to the new HUD changes may 1 this year. Issue after issue with Hometelos and Julie went above and beyond to get answers and met our deadlines well in advance. Dealing with Hometelos is difficult but Julie and the broker handled it with now worries. I highly recommend Julie for any home buying or property purchase. She's pleasant and easy to talk to and always answered my ca,,s and texts promptly. Again I can't say enough about my experience.

After purchasing our house with Julie and her husband Pete, we unexpectedly had to move. Our experience with them as buyer's agents was so good that we decided to list with them as well, and our experience both times was excellent. They are very responsive and do a great job explaining every part of the process. I would highly recommend them.
