We was in bed July 3,2019 and searched for realtors in fort Mitchell Al, we were looking to buy a house, but it was our first home, we didn't have any idea how the process work. A was lot of names came up, but we decided to go with Mrs. Sakina, when I tell you a was the best decision we ever made at that time. My husband called her no answer left a message, his name and phone number less than 2 seconds we got a called from her. This is how our walked began. She was perfect for us, she gives us so much information about the VA loan. She was able to address any problems and concerns we have. Honest, determined and has a knowledge of all of the aspects of the business. She went completely out of her way to help save the agent and the seller. She paid to clean inside the home, paid to cut the grass in the yard, and paid for someone to remove the garbage in front of the house. Day of closing we stopped by to see if the seller and her agent do what they suppose to do.we got there, they left stuff in the garage, she have to paid someone to remove those stuff again in the house. Her communication and negotiation skills are top-notch. Everything was explained without any last minute surprises. The closing was very long, because of the seller and her agent papers work wasn't together. She also put a lot of her personal time and preparation for the sale of this house. She went above and beyond for my family during our home purchase. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

It was a pleasure of working with Sakina Gamble. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate business. Im very young so I was clueless about everything when it comes to buying a house. Mrs. Gamble explain everything in details, if I had a question she responded the best way she knew how, an if she didnt know she would find out asap. If you wanted to look at a house she set up a appointment as soon as possible. She is very fun to work with an I would recommend her to anybody!

Sakina is a consummate professional who listens to the needs of her customer. I was initially impressed with her timely responsiveness which never wavered through-out our relationship. Truly having a relationship with a realtor was important to me. As a transitioned from my home in Alabama to my new home state, I never worried about her commitment to ensuring the oversight of my property nor her commitment to facilitating a sale that met my needs. Her commitment to her profession comes with heart as she takes time to fully understand both the emotional and financial investment one has in their property. I will be forever grateful to her for her commitment and professionalism. There are realtors who could learn a great deal from Ms. Sakina! She was certainly a jewel for me. Plan to continue to utilize her expertise to meet my other outstanding property needs.

I definitely would refer to all my friends when it's house buying time. She's selfless and motivated beyond approach. Need more agents like Sakina. She was referred to me by other happy clients. I'm very impressed with her service. Always one time, professional to the highest degree and easy to communicate with.

I will recommend Sakina as real agent she guide us in purchasing a house. She always there to guide u in some paperworks and the same time to Kimberly Hendricks doing our loan process everything goes well and we love our home right now..
