Samantha worked extremely hard for my brother and me while looking for a rental property. She didn’t give up until we found what we were looking for in a rental property. After the sale she was extremely helpful recommending contractors in the area to help us with our refurbishment. She is a true professional.

This is our 2nd home that we have purchased from Samantha and both times she has been very helpful and easy to work with. We live in ND and purchased our home in FL so we had to rely on Samantha to visit the home and area and give us her honest feedback on the property. We would not have been able to purchase without her help. She made sure the key was available to us so we could sleep in our new home when we arrived very late on a Sat night. She contacted us once we were there to see if we needed any help. Rick and I both highly recommend Samantha as an agent. Samantha will work hard for you!

Samantha was a joy to work with. In a sellers market, she never gave up until we had procured a wonderful beachside condo. She pays great attention to detail and the needs of the client to assure a proper fit of property and person. She was always available for any kind of questions. I recommend Samantha highly.

Samantha McHugh is an exceptional realtor! She was very responsive to all my calls and text messages. Her knowledge of the area is impressive. She listened to what we wanted and didn't waste time showing properties that weren't a fit. She stuck it out thru more showings than I can remember, dealt with our ups/downs while looking at countless homes and handled every detail from the first meeting to the closing. To have someone take the lead like that and explain the process all the way through in terms we could understand was amazing. The level of service Samantha delivered was incredible and exceeded our expectations. She has been with us since our purchase, giving us recommendations for our painter, gutter installer, and electrician. I know I can count on Samantha even after the sale was closed.
