Samara sold my home when the housing market was crashing. She took every call, returned every text, even when she did not have to do it. She knows the local market extremely well. She is a consummate professional and I would highly recommend her when you sell your home. She is honest and forthright. You could not ask for a better realtor. I am a first time homebuyer and Samara made me comfortable. She ensured I understood every step of the home buying process. She acted as a liaison between me and my lender when I got frustrated. She answered all of my questions and checked on my well-being periodically. If you are looking for an agent that cares, she’s definitely the person for you.

Samara was our selling agent when we sold our home in Southern Maryland. We could not be happier with the professional assistance we received from her. Samara was always kind, helpful in explaining any requirements, and quick with responses to any questions we had throughout the process. We were moving from out of state and Samara worked with us to ensure we got a home in a neighborhood that fit our needs. She took the time to listen to what we wanted in a property and provided many options for us to choose from. She worked with our schedule to show us houses on the couple of days we were in town to view potential homes in person. Her recommendations for home inspection and contractors used for minor repairs we’re excellent. If it wasn’t for her extensive knowledge of the market for the areas we were looking we would not have gotten the house we wanted. The home buying process is complicated, then adding the additional stress of having to make the deal from out of state. Samara was able to communicate with us and we were always informed. She went above and beyond for us. We recommend her very highly, she has out performed other realtors we’ve used in the past greatly.
