Sandy was both the seller and buyer agent on the accepted offer to purchase a home in the Sparta, NJ area. I would highly recommend her as she was able to bring both the seller and us as buyer to a negotiated price and terms that made everyone happy. I have bought and sold a number of homes over the past 35 years and would have to say I would choose her as the best and would not buy house in the area without her as my agent.

Sandy is very knowledgeable of the town and area. She is very attentive and responsive. She is flexible and generous with her time. Most of all Sandy was very patient with us as we had been looking to return back to the area for over 3 yrs and that’s how long Sandy had been trying to find the “perfect” house for us. I recommend anyone to work with her, she was great! Thanks Sandy!
