Sarah was such a bright guiding light and her experience made all the difference while helping us navigate today's crazy market. At times when it seemed impossible and became stressful, she remained poised, positive, and so helpful. After we finally found our house we couldn't ask for a better representative to handle negotiations, inspections, and contractors. Ultimately, we got exactly what we were looking for and couldn't have done it without her. 10/10

Sarah helped us sell our Virginia Highlands home for top dollar! We ended up not even having to list our home and were able to negotiate no due diligence period, no appraisal contingency and 30 days to closing. Sarah was always available to answer any urgent questions and kept us calm during what could have been a very stressful process. She even hosted a going away party for us once we moved out of our home. We love Sarah!

Sarah Chatel was wonderful to work with. She sold my condo in 2 weeks and made the entire process as seamless as it could be. She didn't make me waste my time on offers that weren't relevant. I highly recommend her.

I love working with Lisa! She's been my realtor for years and has helped me sell and buy a number of properties, and I highly, highly recommend her. She's a consummate professional. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and the ins and outs of the process, but she's enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate, and she will stand by you every step of the way. Even though buying and/or selling a home can be stressful, Lisa has a calm and confident presence that lets you know she has things under control. She's a true partner in the process, and I cannot imagine buying or selling a home without her!

Sarah and Lisa were both incredible to work with. I was not planning to sell my condo and buy a new home this year, but when market conditions made that seem like a good idea, Sarah provided quick feedback and helped make the process smooth, fast, and easy. It's been quite the year for all of us, but Sarah and Lisa made my home selling and buying process about as low stress as it could possibly be! I could not be more excited about this transition (and my new backyard!) or more grateful for the incredibly responsive, transparent, and flexible team I had the pleasure of working with.
