Sarah was phenomenal!! She went through multiple houses with us and never was upset when we had to tour another!! She answered all of our many questions and always at the showings before we were there!

Let me just say that we weren't the easiest of clients. Being a bit indecisive regarding our next move (stay/renovate, build, buy a fixer, buy existing), Sarah was more than professional as we hashed out our options. We never felt pressured to purchase, yet Sarah had really insightful questions for us to consider as we reviewed each property or option, leading ultimately to us purchasing an existing home in our preferred school district and city. Sarah also was willing to research and find answers to all of our questions (compliance regarding adding outbuildings; assessment / tax increases; radon testing; appraisals) and always was able to communicate those technicalities to us in a way we understood. Sarah has incredible industry relationships, too, with lenders who provided seamless processes to complete the purchase of our new home and answer any/all questions along the way. Her entire process is what you'd want in a realtor. In traveling what I considered to be an extensive amount for open houses and showings outside of her typical area, she always had our best interests in mind and remained committed to the process. I may sound like I'm gushing, but I have been incredibly impressed by her industry expertise, processes, and negotiation skills. More than anything, she made the process far less stressful than what we were making it ourselves! I have recommended her to family members and friends who have also had successful buy/sell transactions as well. We have no doubt that we will plan to list our previous property with her in the very near future. 5+ stars for Sarah Medina!

Sarah was super knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant to work with. She knows the market and gave is great advice. As we walked through homes she pointed out many things that I didn't even think to look for. 100% recommend Sarah if you are looking for an awesome realtor with a lot of experience
