Ginger’s expertise is wonderful! This was our 3rd transaction with her, and we will be selling our house with her in a few months as well! She is very quick in getting all questions answered, and really does have your best interest in mind! Would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

I met Gretchen Peters when I arranged to see a home for sale. She responded to my email request right away and a tour was set up for the next day. She was at the house waiting for me. The minute I walked into the house, I knew it was the one. Gretchen was instrumental in walking me through the whole process. She answered my numerous questions, either with a phone call or text, right away. Everything she explained to me happened just the way she said it would. She was able to get an inspection set up immediately and in less than a week, I was a homeowner! Every step of the way, Gretchen was by my side, answering my questions, negotiating on my behalf and giving me advice based on her years of experience. I trusted her words of advice and guidance. Her follow-up after the sale was appreciated also. She went above and beyond in contacting the village offices on my behalf and made sure she provided me with the correct property tax information. Plus, on top of all that, she's a kind and thoughtful woman! I sure got lucky when she answered my email requesting a showing. I would highly recommend using Gretchen!

Ginger was Awesome! I reached out to her about a property that I was interested in and she was quick to get to work helping me every step of the way to negotiate and acquire it. Ginger casted out great ideas for me to upgrade the place. Ginger was always following up and asking me about any questions I may need answered. Ginger would follow up with the other realtor and mortgage company to insure everything went will for me. Ginger is truly a good person to have working with you.

We got connected with Ginger in the beginning of Covid when we showed up to an open house that we booked through Zillow! It was our first time starting to look for homes and we asked her right away if she would be our realtor because she was kind, considerate, and not pushy at all and wanted to help. We have now bought two homes with Ginger and she has truly become a family friend! Our most recent move was during a hectic time of in our lives (switching jobs, expecting a baby and selling our old home) she kept reminding me to put all the stress on her and helped take care of everything! We sold our home in basically a day and she has a list of great contacts for everyone you’ll need during the home buying/selling process that you can trust! 10/10 highly recommend Ginger!
