Gretchen did a fantastic job helping us get our condo. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and helped us get an amazing deal. This was our first time buying and she was with us the entire way, which made a stressful process less so. We highly recommend her and would not hesitate to have her work with us again in the future!

Ginger helped us with buying our first home. Ginger is awesome to work with! She is friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, knows well how to structure a competitive offer, and is on top of everything throughout the entire process. She also has many great contacts for whatever needs to be done along the way. She consistently followed up with the mortgage company, listing realtor, and everyone else involved in the home buying process to make sure things were getting done well and on time. She made the entire home buying experience very easy for us. I highly recommend Ginger!

Ginger’s expertise is wonderful! This was our 3rd transaction with her, and we will be selling our house with her in a few months as well! She is very quick in getting all questions answered, and really does have your best interest in mind! Would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

I met Gretchen Peters when I arranged to see a home for sale. She responded to my email request right away and a tour was set up for the next day. She was at the house waiting for me. The minute I walked into the house, I knew it was the one. Gretchen was instrumental in walking me through the whole process. She answered my numerous questions, either with a phone call or text, right away. Everything she explained to me happened just the way she said it would. She was able to get an inspection set up immediately and in less than a week, I was a homeowner! Every step of the way, Gretchen was by my side, answering my questions, negotiating on my behalf and giving me advice based on her years of experience. I trusted her words of advice and guidance. Her follow-up after the sale was appreciated also. She went above and beyond in contacting the village offices on my behalf and made sure she provided me with the correct property tax information. Plus, on top of all that, she's a kind and thoughtful woman! I sure got lucky when she answered my email requesting a showing. I would highly recommend using Gretchen!
