Sarah was great! I was looking for a lot in the Okemo Valley. We spoke about my preferences and goals for the lot (e.g., quiet, near skiing, amenities). I lived away from the area, so she was a great eyes and ears to the market, pointing out lots that I would like and what are some of the drawbacks. She made the process so smooth!

Sarah was fantastic helping us buy our Condo in Ludlow, VT. Once we agreed on sale terms, she helped us through every step from getting info for the bank to getting us contacts at utilities, local contractors, and even pointed out the best spots to grab a drink! She was very responsive to our inquires and helpful at every turn. I would highly recommend her if your looking for a home in the area.

Sarah is the BEST!!! She was our agent when we bought our house 8 years ago. When it came time to move across country, we knew she was the one to also sell it for us. She made suggestions on what we needed to do for it to sell and she was open and honest about what we could expect for the valuation. It was listed and under contract in under a month. The whole process went smoothly. My husband and I highly recommend Sarah for any real estate transaction.
