During the summer of 2020 in the beginning of the pandemic, my parents had to vacate their second home in Boca Raton and return to NJ due to declining health. They always thought they would return but were unable to. In the fall of 2022, they finally came to terms that they had to sell, and the condo association president recommended Scott Pressman. Upon initial contact, Scott was patient and treated my parents with dignity and respect, even though the initial communication was challenging due to elderly people trying to use technology and their inability to articulate due to declining health. Upon stepping in as the main contact with my parents permission, Scott was very professional and always kept me informed and educated about the local real estate market. After a couple of months before the condo sold, my mother passed away and I had legal questions to make sure the property could pass title without probate. Scott immediately went to his legal team and got back to me the next day. When we did get an offer, Scott discussed the pros and cons of the offer and he quickly negotiated a fair deal between us and the buyer. The next challenge was that the buyer wanted a quick closing, and I was extremely stressed out about emptying the unit as both me and my brothers are out of state. He put me in contact with a cleanout company who was also extremely easy to work with and a Godsend. Scott was easy to work with, always responsive to my questions, patient and professional. I would highly recommend him and his team!

We had na wonderful experience with Scott. He made buying our new home a breeze! Scott is very thorough, professional, experienced and personal. he communicated with us throughout the whole process, explained everything and was easy to reach to answer questions. Scott's advice and support was invaluable. We couldn't have done it without him. He is an excellent agent and very highly recommended!!

He was able to help me zero in on what I was looking for, recommend me the best areas, and close a deal that I was extremely pleased with. I addition to locating and making an offer on a home we was able to assist with all the other details of the homebuying experience which made things extremely easy.

Scott Pressman made our home buying experience in Seven Bridges in Delray Beach a very pleasant and informed experience. He took us to view properties that met our criteria without wasting our time. He was very knowledgeable and low pressure, but was very patient when we called or needed information. Scott also guided us from the contract through the closing process. He gave us very valuable insight into the community and area at large, especially since we had come from the northeast and were not familiar at all with the Boca/Delray area. Scott was a great source of information and provided resources during and after the purchase of our beautiful new home. He introduced us to local service providers whom we needed for projects we wanted to undertake after our close. We would highly recommend Scott to family, friends and others who plan on buying a home in the Boca and surrounding areas.
