We met Warren by chance while looking at a different property and he introduced himself - he is very personable and easy to get along with. We went to look at a different property with him and he was clearly knowledgeable about the area, the home buying process in general, and the value of the property given its location and condition. He took the time to help and was very honest and up front about everything. During negotiation with the seller's agent he was able to secure a fair price. I recommend Warren and in fact plan on using him to sell our old house after the move.

Warren did an outstanding job for my wife and I. There was a problem in the basement with a water leak. Warren knows a handyman who came the day after I called and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. Now that's great service. Thanks to Warren the home was sold in less than two weeks and I got the price I was asking. Will I use Warren again?? You betcha!! Thanks Warren for a great job!
