    Scott made selling our home a remarkably easy process. We wanted to sell quickly, and he had us under contract in less than a day. Very responsive and handled anything that popped up during the process with ease. Scott went out of his way to make sure things went as smoothly as possible for us, even after we moved out of state before closing. Absolutely cannot go wrong with the Tinlin Team, I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

    We would recommend Ashlee over and over again! She is patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and that’s only the beginning!     We met Warren by chance while looking at a different property and he introduced himself - he is very personable and easy to get along with. We went to look at a different property with him and he was clearly knowledgeable about the area, the home buying process in general, and the value of the property given its location and condition. He took the time to help and was very honest and up front about everything. During negotiation with the seller's agent he was able to secure a fair price. I recommend Warren and in fact plan on using him to sell our old house after the move.
