This was our second sale with Shannon and it couldn’t have been better, even with innumerable problems and delays along the way from contractors before meeting with her, she is always so positive and straightforward and never loses contact with you when you need her. Don’t know if there will be a third time, but if there is, she’s our only agent for life.
