To say that Shannon went above and beyond for our mom is an understatement! She is absolutely incredible! Shannon helped with every aspect of buying a home in a senior community. She did the necessary research and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her follow through is second to none. Shannon’s calm demeanor is very comforting. She was professional, responsive, caring, detailed and on top of everything throughout the entire process. She looked out for our mom and treated her as if she was her own. We are very grateful to Shannon for providing outstanding service once again. She has our highest recommendation!! She is simply the BEST.

We have had the pleasure of having 3 transactions with Shannon over the last several years, and she has demonstrated her ability as a SUPERB realtor in every instance. Shannon is honest, pays attention to detail and is a strong advocate for her clients. She knows how to deal with difficult situations (and difficult agents) and makes the effort to put in the extra time and energy to do her research about EVERYTHING - making sure she's giving her clients all of the information to make an informed decision. Here's my favorite quote from Shannon during our dream-come-true home buying experience, "Let me go work for you!" My wife and I have dreamed of owning a home for over 5 years and were both very nervous about starting the process. Shannon was the perfect fit for us! She was extremely knowledgable, networked and hard working. Our communication was amazing and Shannon was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance each step of the way. After each phone call, zoom meeting or facetime call, Shannon would say, "Ok friends, now let me go work for you!"

Shannon was incredibly helpful throughout a long, complicated process (it is our first home). It took over a year and she was always responsive when we needed her and gave us honest and helpful feedback about specific neighborhoods and homes. When we finally found the one, she walked us through all the little things we didn't understand. She's an awesome person to work with. I'd definitely recommend her.

I feel like I can’t say enough good things about Shannon Paul or adequately express our gratitude. She was absolutely incredible!! Shannon was with us every step of the way. She really listened to what we were looking for and took to heart what was important to us. She was very patient and understanding of our process. We finally found our dream home. There were 9 offers after being on the market only ONE day. Shannon was determined to get us into our perfect home. She fought for us and succeeded and we couldn’t be happier! We’re filled with so much gratitude. And even after we moved in, her outstanding customer service didn’t stop there. Shannon was very hands on making sure we had everything we needed and everything was taken care of. She’s responsive and always gets right back to texts/emails.
