Sharon Blackwell was recommended to us by several people as a realtor who was described as being a "Bulldog" in the business. We listed our home with her in November, she held one Open House immediately, and our house had a contract on it by the end of the year. She was our third realtor in 1.5 years. Sharon is a go-getter, she is on the ball and is there for you to answer any question or concern you may have. She explains everything to you at each step of the process and her advertising skills are not to be matched. We were very pleased with her personality, business skills, and persona. We have and will continue to recommend Sharon Blackwell to anyone needing a realtor in our area.

We used Sharon to both list our former home and buy our new home. She made great recommendations on ways we could make our home more attractive to potential buyers and she made herself very available to view other properties. She was quick to respond to any questions, arranged the paperwork quickly, and made sure the entire process went smoothly. We definitely recommend her services and would use her again.

I am honored to write a review on behalf of Sharron Blackwell. She is everything and all you will need to sell your home. She is personable and profrssional..the perfect balance. She literally works around the clock for her clients. She took our home and sold it after two other peoples failed attemts (also same scenario with our friends house). She took over and immedietely provided the piece of mind that we didnt have for months. She ALWAYS returned calls /text. QUICKLY. Through all the inspections and paperwork (we did all of ours electronically)...she was SHARP. I believe we eould have NEVER sold our home without her. I have refered all my friends and aquaintanances too her with high confidence...SHARON BLACKWELL is the BEST OF THE BEST. Our family was in a desperate situation and SHARRON was the anwer to our prayers..we are eternally grateful for all she did.

We purchased our home with Sharon 4 years ago and had a really great experience. So, when we decided to sell our lake home it was a "no brainer" to call her again! She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and most of all tenacious. My husband says his next move is to an assisted living so chances are we won't need her services again. But, if we do ever need a realtor, we'll call Sharon!

We experienced a few snags from past credit problems and this agent helped us past every hurdle while addressing any concerns we had. We looked at several houses with her and then she found our dream home for us, she knew from listening and watching us exactly what we wanted in a home. She made a sometimes scary and frustrating experience enjoyable! Anyone that uses Sharon will be lucky and very satisfied.
