Shawn Oliver, is hands down the best agent I’ve ever worked with on buying a house. She is pragmatic and thoughtful about negotiating and will go above and beyond to do whatever is necessary to get you the home you deserve. She is born and raised in Wayne County and has a lifetime of knowledge and connections that give her a leg up on her competitors. The thing I like most about her approach is that she isn’t trying to sell you an image like most realtors. She gets you what you ask for without trying to steer you in a direction that benefits her. Shawn is an amazing agent. Always readily available to answer questions I had throughout the home buying process. Working full time in a busy industry, she always found time to work with my schedule. Not only is she knowledgeable about the market, but she is on top of her work. The patience she showed while finding the perfect house can be compared to that of a Saint. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.

Hands down the best agent I have ever had!!! She has made the process of dealing with my mother’s death and the selling of her homes super easy from my end in another state! She is always there and has a super sense of style. I would gladly recommend her to EVERYONE I know. She is the absolute BEST!
