Shayne was wonderful to work with. She was attentive and on top of everything that needed to be done. She was calm and communicated clearly and when things got stressful she handled things and shielded us. She explained things well and was kind and supportive. She could be firm when necessary like when she had to deal with our errant mortgage broker or when the sellers weren’t willing to budge during negotiations. She never made me feel like my questions were stupid or that my timing was inconvenient when I needed her help. I would highly recommend her.
