Shelby did an outstanding job from start to finish in one month. Being very familiar with the area we lived in, she was able to answer questions about the local area and school system to potential buyers. She developed our plan of action and directed us in the presentation of our home, so when showing, it proved quite attractive to the buyer. There was constant communication, and she was quick to respond to any questions that we may have had. When the offers were presented, Shelby took time with us and when we came to a decision, she presented our side. She was always on point and helped us secure the best offer. We would highly recommend Shelby Rhodes to anyone.

Amy made sure that I was taken care of during the entire process. She provided knowledge and emotional support when I didn’t know what I was suppose to next. She guided each step and even helped with paperwork when I needed it. Which was quite often. Any client of Amy’s will be in the best of hands from start to finish. Her encouragement is why I am a homeowner for the first time on my own. She never let me give up and always made sure that I was prepared for each step. The blessing was being able to share my homeownership not only with my realtor but with one of my best friends.

Amy was a wonderful realtor. She went above and beyond for us. If we emailed her with questions, she would reply in 5 minutes or less, she was completely on top of her phone calls and emails. She went above and beyond for us when we needed some chemicals in the water system to be run through as the house was standing empty. She went there every day for a week, on her own time to help us out. We would highly recommend her. Outstanding!

Aimee was a great realtor and sold my home in less than 3 months. She kept me very Informed and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. She always walked me through the forms before Signing anything. Aimee was a courteous and helpful realtor. I recommend her to sell your home.
