We were out of state buyers needing an experienced, responsive agent to represent us. We had already narrowed down to a unique property. But we needed help in going through all the steps. We learned that the seller had a difficult history and had already canceled a sale in the prior year. So it was a great help to have Sherry in our corner, looking out for OUR interests, while still making sure the deal got completed to our satisfaction. What we liked best: Sherry understood right away when we said email was our preferred mode of communication. Whenever possible this is what we used, and it made it much easier to go through the necessary steps and (electronically) receive and sign the necessary documents.

I have now bought and sold a house with Sherry and would never think of looking for another agent. Sherry did the absolute most for me throughout the entire process to need my needs and make the process as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond my expectations and look forward to working with her on my next purchase!

Sherry answers questions very promptly. She knows what should or should not be happening or will find out. We went through the process of selling one house and buying another right at the onset of the covid pandemic. She was very professional while being a good person to boot. I would definitely refer her to others when they need a realtor.

Sherry was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with! She was thorough, professional, responsive and knowledgeable! She also went out of her way to help us in our selection process including setting up a boat tour of the lake by a local neighbor! She continues to help us post sale by recommending local professionals ( landscaping, cleaning, plumber,etc) as we get settled in!

Sherry went above and beyond on the sale of our property. There were many obstacles to overcome on our end that sherry did not have to deal with as we should have been the ones to do so. Sherry took these obstacles head on and helped us overcome them in a very timely manner so the sale could go through even though her commission was small due to the fact that it was only a property sale. I would highly recommend Sherry as a buyers agent or a sellers agent. We also had listed our property with another agent prior to meeting Sherry with very little responses. When we had Sherry list our property the responses were immediate. Thank You Sherry
