Sherry is a very intentional woman that has helped me feel very supported throughout the selling process. She expertly managed my expectations and perfectly understood my criteria for selling. She filtered through the daily phone calls from investors and only notified me when there was a serious offer on the table that was near my asking point. Sherry was great with communication and worked late into the night just to get things completed. I would definitely work with her again

Sherry in one word is "amazing". She was instrumental in helping us find our "dream retirement home". After an exhaustive search of hundreds of homes Sherry helped narrow the scope. Finally, focusing on new construction and helped us find an amazing home loaded with incentives!! Strut is a "go getter" and especially looks out for those of us in the military community and treated us like family!! When we ran into an issue with the lender she was right there in support and fought for us! We are moving from cross country, which is extremely, she had made transition easier by doing walk throughs and addressing builder issues. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Strut.

Sherry was absolutely awesome - 5-stars is not enough. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable her patience and overall ability to listen to the clients needs was what makes her truly stand-out. I met her in Jan 2024 when I was casually looking at houses. I was having surgery out of state that month and I was not able to commit to anything. She reached out to me before, after my surgery and through my recovery - but not to sell me anything - just to find out how I was feeling. After several months I was free to travel and I made an appointment with her for a world-wind day of open houses. she knew what I wanted and what I didn't want and she helped me to stay focused. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to buy a house and wanting to escape the traditional agent who just try to push you towards buying anything.

We have been looking for a home in Las Vegas with Sherry for the last six months. She quickly understood our needs and accommodated our schedules for visits from Massachusetts via intensive house viewing sessions during visits and virtual tours at our convenience. We were able to view more than ten homes in one weekend. Sherry’s professionalism and patience was greatly appreciated during our search and finally closing with minimal stress. Sherry guided us through the whole process including assisting with our lender, recommending Title company, home value assessment, inspection and contractor estimation. Sherry advocated for us during the final negotiations with the seller after we made the offer for the home we now own. Her diligence in following up details of the remote closing by expediting advancement of each step was admirable and we are very thankful. Even after we started to move in, Sherry continues following up with suggestions that would make us happier with our new home. We recommend Sherry and will vouch for her professionalism, attention to detail and patience with buyers like us who had not been involved in real estate transactions in decades. Process is now highly automated and we are not sure we could navigated through without Sherry's caring and steady hands.
