Cheryl and her partner Silvana did a fantastic job marketing and selling my house. They did a thorough market analysis and priced my house at its best and fair price. They hired a professional photographer and the photos were very eye-catching and attracted customers immediately. My house was not even having an open house before receiving four offers through private viewing. Cheryl and Silvana followed it up through and recommended a very professional and responsive attorney, helped us through the inspection, acquiring CCO and went all the way to buying the newly required fire alarms and installation service while we moved out! My house ended up selling more than the listing price! I am very satisfied with Cheryl/Silvana's service and would recommend them to my friends and anyone who need realtor service in Northern New Jersey!

Silvana is exceptional in every and all ways. Through a challenging purchase process, while we were across the country, Silvana helped every step of the way. She went way beyond the call of duty to deliver an amazing experience for us. We could not have found anyone better. She is intuitive and listens carefully. Within 1 hour she knew us, what we wanted, and how to get it. She is funny and warm, quick to work for you to ensure you are always protected and getting the best deal. She knows everyone you may need. She helped us with switching utilities, finding tradesman, she is just phenomenal. If you are looking in NJ.... call her.... you will not regret it for a minute.

Silvana was fantastic! She did a wonderful job was not afraid to ask for the things that needed to get done in a timely fashion to complete the transaction. That's what truly sets her apart, any agent can show you a home, however Silvana has a mastery of negotiations. I would highly recommend her to any first time homebuyer or investor. Always available to answer any question and will not guide you in the wrong direction. Will be working with her again! Don't buy in Bergen county without her!

Silvana helped me buy a home. She is quite knowledgeable about the area(Bergen county) and suggested some of the best school districts in Bergen county. She had through knowledge on school districts, flood zones, commute quality and have even catered to my smallest requests and concerns. She is always available on the phone and responds to the calls/text almost instantaneously; and had gone above and beyond her comfort zone to handle a difficult seller, his attorney and his agent and almost single handedly pulled a miracle to fix a deal which was falling apart. I am quite sure, without her help I would not be where I am now. Not only I would recommend her to anyone reading this, but am planning to use her services again in the near future for my investment plans. Thank you so much Silvana, you are the best.
