We had never met Silvia, but decided to hire her as our listing agent when we saw what a wonderful job she did selling another house in our neighborhood. We liked her from the start. We are elderly and the whole process of putting our house on the market and showing it seemed overwhelming, but Silvia was there every step of the way. Her positive attitude was reassuring and she walked us carefully through every hurdle. With her helpful suggestions and Staging expertise, we had a contract on our house 6 days after it was listed, and at a very attractive price. There was never a time that she wasn't available for our questions or concerns. She has also become a good friend.

Silvia went above and beyond from day one when I reached out to her to sell our family home, all the way to closing and after. She was helpful every step of the way and my gratitude for her is endless. Through a very difficult time personally and with the sale of the home, she remained positive and optimistic. She educated herself on the home, arranged out of this world staging, photographs, helped with repairs, was reliable, communicative, professional, kind and caring, and so very knowledgeable about the market. Silvia is the absolute best of the best! She will go the extra mile for you and not only sell your home, but make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will be using her for all of my future real estate needs!

Silvia ushered me through a very difficult process of selling a home while living out of state. She staged marketed and carried us through a very difficult negotiations. While all this was going on, I was in good hands and never felt the need to have to visit. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe the effort Silvia put into selling our family home. It was a transaction of difficulty for a variety of reasons but Silvia stayed positive and supportive throughout. I'm out of town and Silvia checked on the property often and helped us in a variety of ways that were so much appreciated! Silvia, thank you so much for all that you did for us!!! She proved her expertise and professionalism with her thorough knowledge of the local market and with the way she handled the sale of our home. She utilized professional staging and photography to make our home stand out amongst the competition. This was key to attracting motivated and enthusiastic home buyers.
