John is amazing! There’s no one that can compare to the level of commitment and excellence that John brings to the table! He went above and beyond at every turn. He referred numerous vendors/ contractors to us as well as mortgage brokers that all turned out to be exceptional contacts. I’ve bought many homes over the years and highly recommend John as a trusted realtor for life!

Hands down, I would make the same choice to use Sophia Polk Realty over and over again! We worked with John and Sophia directly and they were absolutely there for us when we needed them the most! Coming from 1700 miles away, never having had set foot in Texas before - and during a pandemic!? I am telling you, they were the one thing we felt secure about here in Texas! Having a family of 6 to find a home to lease that was a fit to our desires and standards wasn't easy. I've never had a doubt in my mind about their suggestions, process, or ability. No side-eyes to my husband, we were frank and open with them at all times, and the trust was reciprocated. John went above and beyond in simply every way you could image, time, hours, frequent contact, working through holidays, recommendations beyond with food, stores, towns, schools, always mannerable, well dressed and genuine. I value the time they spent with us and would recommend them time and time again. Not only would I recommend them to my nearest and dearest, but once we have settled in to our new town and are ready to seal the deal and purchase a home, I wouldn't look in any other direction and certainly suggest that you don't either ;)

We had a great experience working with John and Sophia! We bought a house and sold our home all in about 30 day between Thanksgiving and Christmas. John took all the stress off our shoulders when it came to buying the new house. He did an amazing job with the negotiations from the house price to the repairs of the inspection. Sophia was able to get us asking price on our home in a matter of days. They both were available to answer any questions we had at any time. The final process of closing on both homes on the same day went smoothly. When the process of selling/buying a home is over John and Sophia are still there for you. John helped us find a plumber 2 moths after moving in! They are always a phone call or text away. We have already recommended Sophia Polk Reality to our friends who are looking to sell their homes.
