The Corley’s are amazing. They really take the time to make sure you get your dream home. We viewed multiple different houses but didn’t see one we loved. The Corley’s worked endlessly to present my husband and I with the perfect home for our family. Definitely recommend!

It only took me a million years to write a review but here it is! We purchased our home a couple months ago (wow!) as first time home buyers. My husband and I are both veterans as well and the Corleys were absolutely PHENOMENAL in assisting us through every step of the process. We went from clueless to happy homeowners! They answered every question we had, searched diligently with all our wants and needs, and budget in mind, and were so incredibly friendly and patient through everything and then even after closing. I would recommend them time and time again to anyone looking.

We met Rhonda and Stacy at an open house in Kennesaw and were immediately very impressed. They are a great team and spend a great deal of effort in planning: doing their homework on specific properties, neighborhoods, the North Georgia region, and the overall Atlanta Metro market. Our search was very specific because of our need for a full basement with a walk-in for an elderly family member. Stacy and Rhonda educated us on the market in North Georgia and the nuances of communities in the area. During our home search the Corley Team quickly gained our trust and confidence. We started during a period with low inventory and rising prices and the guidance and counsel of the Corley’s were critical to us navigating a challenging market and not making a bad emotional decision. After some frustration in our home search, meeting Rhonda & Stacy proved providential. Stacy’s knowledge and recommendations were the critical factor in our decision-making. Rhonda and Stacy are very transparent and pointed out current and potential problems with several homes we viewed. In the middle of our search, our priorities changed because an elderly parent had a critical medical diagnosis and we needed to sell his home in Forsyth County and move him to a managed care setting. I asked Stacy and Rhonda to sell my father’s home because I trust them implicitly. The house was a Trust property that we needed to get on the market quickly and return to Connecticut. Despite the home being a Trust asset with multiple logistics challenges; including a property outside their core market area (and a long drive); Stacy and Rhonda accepted the seller’s agent role immediately. I really can’t express how important a role the Corley’s played in supporting our family during a critical period. They engaged immediately to assist with last minute requirements that we just couldn’t get finished. Rhonda really went to great lengths to assist us with a myriad of things, from deliveries and pickups of appliances to their own preparation of the house for sale. Stacy did a large amount of background work on the local market and his marketing plan, event timing, and counsel on pricing was pivotal for us. We successfully sold the home, true to Stacy’s philosophy of “there is a buyer for every house we just need to be prepared.” Let me just add something to this recommendation. Beyond their technical experience and breadth of experience as real estate agents, there is an even more important quality that the Corley’s bring to their role … and that is integrity. As an Army dependent and retired officer, I moved over 30 times in my life; buying and selling several homes in different regions of the country. Without hesitation, I will testify to you that Rhonda and Stacy, as a team, are the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. They earned our confidence by telling us the hard facts and making tough recommendations on both ends of our real estate transactions. They really did a fantastic job for my entire family under time constraints and challenging conditions. More than successfully selling my father’s home, we consider them valuable, trusted family friends.

You can't do any better than Rhonda and Stacy Corley! They helped us with buying and selling and we are so happy in our new home as well as with the sell of our old home. They are knowledge, responsive and kind. They had to deal with 4 different adults (myself, my spouse, my sister and my mom) with 4 different personalities and they always made sure that everyone of us was fully involved in both the buying and selling process. I can't say enough good things about these two and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor, you won't be disappointed!

The very BEST thing about the Corley’s is their ability to work out ANY obstacle that presents itself any time during the process. We had a couple obstacles they worked out on the spot while keeping me calm! It is so easy working with an honest team that has everyone’s best interest in mind. Love the Corley’s!!
