Stefanie came as a referral through a friend whose house she sold at the end of 2020. She came highly reccommended and for very good reasons. From the moment she first came to see the house to the day we sold, she was absolutely fundamental to help me navigate the complicated world of the real estate market right when it started shifting earlier this summer. Stefanie has impeccable taste and talent when it comes to staging and prepping yoir home and the people she works with are just as talented, honest and fast. Where do I begin! Stefanie Becker helped us stage, market and sell our home, all the while helping us find our new dream home! As we lived in our recently sold home for 31 years, we appreciated Stefanie’s personal approach and patience. Her knowledge of the market, area we were selling from and areas we were looking to move to, were key in how it all worked out. Stefanie's knowledge of the local market is exceptional. Stefanie and her team of consultants was able to identify our home's best attributes and expertly market that to the current taste trends of the buyers that would maximize our sales price. It was a truly full-service experience. She is dedicated, hard-working, and very responsive but without every seeming aggressive or overbearing. Stefanie rolls up her sleeves and gets things done. No nonsense. No fluff. Always constructive and honest. Stefanie represented us in our Topanga home sale. She went above and beyond to market our house. She invested heavily in the marketing with professional photos, video, additional art, etc. We were remote, living quite a distance from Topanga while the home was being marketed but Stefanie took care of everything. We trusted Stefanie to act in our interests and the results were stellar. We would certainly recommend that any serious seller consider her.
