Stephen was recommended to us by a colleague of mine and what a recommendation it was! After a brief introductory phone call, we could see that he was a very caring and thoughtful individual. During the phone call we provided a brief on the budget, locations, and home styles after that he sent us over a few recommendations twice every week and if one of interest, he was very flexible on arranging a time to view the home. One of the homes he sent to us matched exactly what we were looking for and arranged a viewing which turned out to be love at first sight! He helped us put in a suitable offer which got accepted and kept us in the loop throughout every step. I am very thankful to my colleague for referring him as he made it such a stress-free experience and helped us buy our first home. I will be following in his footsteps and referring Stephen to my family, friends and colleagues!

Stephen was awesome and a pleasure to work with, he was always on task and on top of things and never lost communication with me during the entire process. What makes Stephen stand distinguished from the rest is that he was not just trying to make a sale. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of construction he was willing to tell me everything that needed work in houses that we would go see, he would point out major flaws on houses that I would have missed if it weren't for Stephen. Stephen was not just trying to make a sale, he was also looking out for me and my family so that we didn't get into a bad deal and I am grateful for that. This was not the first property I buy, so I have worked with other realtors and not all of them know what they are doing nor advise you to not get into a bad deal. Stephen is a master at what he does and he will take CARE of you!!! Honestly, the only reason why I only gave Stephen 5 stars, is because I can't leave more stars. Once again Stephen, Thank You so much for helping my family and I find a great home! I will definitely be contacting you for my next property.

Stephen by far exceeded our expectations when it came to finding our first home. He worked great with us during this big mile stone in our lives. It turned out to be a great experience working with him and definitely would work with him again. Very responsive and would also stay on top of updating us as needed. Made us feel very comfortable and confident. We Highly recommend Stephen to help you find your home.

Stephen was phenomenal as our agent: extremely responsive, created great house tour schedules based on our criteria, and finally navigated the closing really quickly with our loan officer who he recommended as well. Stephen also has a great network of contacts that can help with the new property too.

Stephen was awesome. He was always there when I wanted to see a listing & stuck it out with me for 2 yrs of looking for my forever home. Stephen is very knowledgeable & use’s his prior work experience to help look for things that might need to be replaced. Stephen is easy to talk to & always willing to help.
