Melanie is truly the best, and for good reason. She is incredibly proactive, knowledgable, experienced, and she gets it done! We worked with her for several years as we narrowed down what we were looking for and she was very supportive and helpful every step of the way. She works incredibly hard, makes herself always available, and I would without a doubt choose to work with her again. I have sent many friends to Melanie because she is the best in the biz (and when it comes to a decision as big as buying a home, you always want the best)! As a result of how long she's been in the business, she is very well connected and is willing to leverage her network to ensure you feel confident in your decision. Superb experience buying our place. Melanie guided us through the entire process with sturdy advise and with a lot of TLC. She is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, very well connected with RE infrastructure (mortgage/escrow/insurance) needed to execute the deal. Matching the buyer with the right property, understanding buyer's needs, and strong negotiation skills - Melanie demonstrated she is an expert at these attributes. We strongly recommend her to anyone interested in buying in LaMoRinda area.

As we were beginning our search from San Francisco to Lamarinda, Melanie came highly recommended from a couple of different sources and it did not take long to find out why. Melanie was a trove of knowledge in every facet of home buying. Since we were not familiar with the neighborhoods, our first few trips together Melanie would curate an open-house journey, providing educational narration as we drove from house-to-house. We learned the schools and neighborhood nuances from an expert, but never felt that Melanie was pushing anything on us, rather allowing us to explore. We saw houses in all shapes and sizes pushing our comfort zone, creating excellent dialogue which would have been absent, otherwise. Fast forward several months and several dozen open houses and we found the one. This is where the value of having Melanie on your side is even more apparent. Melanie’s network is excellent and vast as she is known and respected by the entire real-estate ecosystem. Lastly, as a first time home buyer, the process is arduous and vague. Melanie not only helps simplify it but she educated us all the way through inspection and closing. I highly recommend Melanie Snow and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Melanie makes dreams come true, even under the most difficult circumstances. We partnered with Melanie to find our first home, and we could not be more thrilled with the house and the process. We were understandably nervous, trying to buy a home from across the country during such a competitive market. My husband is new to the Lamo area and had a lot of questions along the way. His process was exhaustibly thorough, and Melanie gracefully guided us with clear direction and honest feedback. Melanie made the most of his two trips to view open houses and the second weekend we landed upon an off market opportunity. We had a few little cosmetic changes to make, and she hooked us up with her amazing team to quickly get the work done. Melanie is the best agent you can have. My wife and I were new to the LaMorinda area. Melanie helped us pick up the knowledge about the local markets very quickly and had been giving us very objective opinions on each house we saw and the overall market trends. With the crazy market last year, at one point we thought we were not able to get a house any time soon. Then Melanie worked her magic: she got us a unique opportunity for an off market listing, which was the dream house we ever wanted and we were able to get it. We are REALLY thankful for it. Besides, we had so many beginner questions as first time house buyers and Melanie had been very patient and helpful explaining everything. We trusted her 100 percent. We would recommend Melanie to anyone who wants to buy a home!
