Arshia did an AMAZING job for my family and I. I met her by chance, right when my husband and I were preparing to sell our home. After she explained her strategy we decided she seemed like the right fit. I was still very nervous though. She calmed all my nerves throughout the process. Of everything we did to prepare and sell our home, hiring Arshia as our agent was the best decision we made. She listed the house at a great price (more than I was expecting), and sold it for full list price in less than 3 weeks. Beyond that she sold the house at full ask, what really impressed me about Arshia is how she was so strong and assertive in order to successfully sell the house, while still remaining so calm and in control at all times. She's a real leader and knows how to get the job done. She's also just a wonderful person to work with. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
