We were concerned how quickly our Lake Cabin would sell in the current economy. Steve and Barb helped us think through the asking price so we would end up with offers. In the end, we had two full price offers and sold the property in less than 90 days. Their knowledge of the local market is exceptional, their ability to work with the title company and county officials made the difference in what turned out to be a very smooth closing. Steve and Barb are a great team! They worked with us to make sure that we had our property properly staged and ready to go for our sale. They held open houses and really got the word out on our property. They understood our market and specifically our lake and the activity on our lake so that we could position ourselves in the market price-wise to get our property sold. We were on the market for four days then received an offer at more than asking price. They didn't stop there. They were with us through closing and even after closing to help us reach the new buyers. I have nothing but great things to say about these two.

We had our home listed with two other local agents for 2 yrs. We finally listed with Barb & Steve from Coldwell and finally sold the house. The only regret we have is that we hadn't listed it with them earlier. Outstanding realtors!

Barb and Steve had our listing for our lake home back in minnesota and sold it within three weeks. They were professional, kept us up to date on what was happening with our sale ,and was ALWAYS available for any questions we had. They presented themselves as true and caring realtors.
