Steve is a great person and a professional agent. He has many years of experience in the real estate industry. He is very knowledgeable of every aspect of home purchasing process, including the documentations, finance and calculations, inspection, home construction, hvac, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding and many many more in and outs of the house. I couldn' imagine the process without Steve being with me and providing his support 24/7. He actually helped with everything. He contacted pool construction company, scheduled a visit of a pool constructor to a new to be purchased house just to make sure our needs as a buyer are satisfied. This is just one of many examples of his professionalism and kindness as a person. In fact, this is a third house we purchased with Steve. We met Steve when my brother was purchasing his first house. Then, I contacted him back years later when I purchased my house. Few months ago, when my friend was in the house purchasing process, we recommended Steve and they recently closed a deal and my friend is 120% satisfied. To be honest, my mortgage company offered me 1% off the house price as the closing cost discount if I agree to work with one of its partner agents but I chose Steve to be my agent and my choice will be the same each and every time I will need real estate agent's services. I owe Steve so much. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who wants an honest, reliable professional that you can trust. Thank you so much Steve!

Steve did an amazing job listing and selling our home. He was very attentive to our needs. This was especially important since we were 1100 miles away throughout the entire process. Being able to sign the documents through Docusign was awesome. After the inspection there was work to be done on the house and he handled the both professionally and in a timely fashion so that we could close on time. A+++++ Would highly recommend.

Steve and Vera were very helpful in ensuring the quick sale of our house. Vera helps with staging and Steve is the real estate expert. Both work together well.

Steve did a great job from start to finish they stage the house beautifully. Negotiated a great price on her house I would recommend him highly to anybody would have the opportunity to work with him.
