Team Freebery was an incredible asset to our home buying journey. After a far less than ideal experience in the past, they provided transparency, detailed information, and genuineness. Karen ensured she had detailed notes about homes we visited to support our decision making while also helping to keep track of the many small details of each home. Their detailed information about the multiple steps in the process helped the process move along seamlessly.

Team Freebery worked very quickly, efficiently, and went above and beyond. The house buying process moved very fast for us and they took the time to explain, give next steps, got all the answers we needed, and worked hard to meet the deadlines of the house we chose and to educate us on the process. Their offer strategies set us apart to win in a multiple offer situation with out stressing. Team Freebery was wonderful at every turn from “let’s look at houses” to “OMG this is the one what do we do?!”

Karen is amazing. She and Steve took care of us from afar, as we were moving from out of state and only had limited opportunities to be in person. The market was definitely tough post-COVID, but we weren't in a rush, and the Freeberys were nothing other than supportive. We never felt pressured to make an offer on anything we saw but didn't love. Between Karen and Steve, no message or email went more than a few minutes to a couple hours (with responses even overnight) without at least an initial reply. Any questions we had were thoroughly answered. When it came time to consider putting in offers, we weren't pushed to go out of our comfort zone, and when we did think about going beyond it, we were gently reminded that there were different options and possibilities to get what we wanted. And we did! Karen's knowledge of the area is impressive, as well as their network of friendly, helpful, and well-informed professionals. We managed to coordinate inspections and post-closing fixes in a very short turnaround. Truly, we are so appreciative of the referrals that got us to Karen and Steve, and are happy to send anyone we know their direction for buying or selling a home in the DE/PA area.

Steve and Karen are terrific. They responded quickly to emails, texts, and voice messages (even when they vacationed). They did a great job pricing and advertising our house. We especially appreciate their roster of helpers (handymen, contractors, and other skilled experts) which let us quickly replace one carpet. And after our first purchase in 2010, we could always email them with questions--they don't disappear after settlement!

The Freebery's dedication to their clients is top notch! We had some hiccups with our buyers and Steve and Karen worked endlessly to ensure that we had a smooth settlement! Their years of expertise were crucial in navigating the unforseen issues with our buyers and their mortgage company. We would recommend Team Freebery over and over again!
