Once we decided to sell our condo we reached out to Karen to handle the sale. From the very beginning Karen’s experience and knowledge of properties on the Cape really helped us set the right listing price. She had to work with very limited availability for open houses and showings as the condo was rented through the end of the summer. She was so flexible during those first weeks taking advantage of every available opportunity to show the property. As a result we were very pleased to receive an offer within the first month. Again Karen provided us with her guidance beginning with the negotiation process and helped us with coordinating the necessary documents and inspections right right through to the closing. She was always available and quickly responded to all of our inquiries which took most of the stress out of the entire process. We would highly recommend Karen Kennedy to anybody looking for a professional and dedicated realtor to sell their property!

Steve is too good to be true , He is the James Brown of real state . [James being the hardest working man in the music bizz] Steve seems to have a good knowledge of all aspects of building ,renting ,buying and selling. He was on the ball and got me the best price and the quickest sale, He must have shown the home over 30 times ! I will use no other realtor...ever! [and NO...I am NOT his Mother...]

Steve was the best realtor I have ever worked with and I have worked with quite a few. Knowledgeable, patient, and very smart, Steve worked with my wife and I for 4 years as we searched for a summer home on Cape Cod. Never once did he lose patience or encourage us to buy something that was not perfect. When we were interested in a home he would research out a whole host of intangibles and information that was hard to get. Early on he said to us "a summer home must speak to you" and he was right. In the end we found the perfect place and Steve helped us every step of the way. He had recommendations for bankers, home inspectors and contractors. He did not make a dime on the referrals but he was happy to do it if it moved the sale along. This guy is a pro. I cannot say enough good things about him.<br/><br/>The agencies name is Joly, McAbee & Weinert but the guy you want is Steve Flynn.
