Steve was patient and thorough throughout our search for our forever home. He is very knowledgeable and trust worthy. My husband and I feel that we were able to develop a positive and trusting relationship with Steve. He was able to list and sell our house quickly and explained everything perfectly every step of the way. He ensured that all of our needs were met and kept us up today on all information in regards to selling our house and purchasing new. Steve is personable and was able to accommodate my husband and my schedules. I would highly recommend Steve. Wow! Steven really is an expert in his field. Not only does he know the system, but he knows houses. He can point out big problems before you get you heart set on something, advise what type of expense it would be and how important it would be to fix, all before spending $ on an inspection, though he does recommend a through inspection, as he should, but only if the house fits your needs and looks really good to the normal eye. He was there for everything, including the inspection and all the quotes on work that needed to be done, so we didn’t have to miss any work. He made time in our schedule to show any house we wanted to see, even when some were 1/2 hour apart. He answered late night texts as I stressed over little things and had no patience to wait for answers. He never complained, or rushed us. He helped us find the perfect home, which after seeing some I was beginning to think didn’t exhist, but he promised my home was out there! He worked hard to calm my anxiety and help me think clearly. He helped us craft the exact bid we would need to win the house of my dreams without going way over budget, and in only hours as the house we wanted was entertaining highest and best 4hrs after we saw it! He shared in our joy when we won! He also got the job done in less time than we needed so we were in our new house a few weeks before our lease ended, as we hoped. I can’t say enough good things about this, I could cry. As I sit here, in my amazing home, celebrating our first Christmas here… he was a huge part of this dream come true. He can help you find your dream home too!

Working with Steven was a pleasure and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He was attentive to our needs and helped guide us through the process. Even when it was really difficult and defeating at times. The man’s wife was 3cm dilated to give birth to their son and he was showing us a house, what’s that tell you about the level of dedication?!?!

Let me say this. With Steven being my brother and me being a first time home buyer along with my fiancé, he had a lot of pressure. I remember putting our offer in and talking with my fiancé and thinking we were long shots with the current market and using an fha loan. Well here I am a month later enjoying my front porch with the most satisfying feeling. It still feels surreal. I know there’s no way I didn’t drive him crazy with the non stop texting but it never showed. He worked very hard to make sure my first home wasn’t just a roof over my head but something we could build with. I am forever grateful where we are today thanks to you. Thank you
