Steve was very informative and knowledgeable in his work. He always responded to any questions I had and would break it down to the simplest detail to help understand. He came up with great ideas to help me sell quickly and with ease. Highly recommend if your want to buy/sell. Steve has a great team and they are very honest. Thanks Steve!!! Steve helped us buy a new build. He wasn't required to do much because of the fact that it was a new home in a planned community. However, we did have some problems with our lender as well as the builder that delayed our moving in and extended our time in a hotel by a couple weeks. He did very little fighting on our behalf and hardly ever reached out to us to see how things were going. After we moved in, he sent us a generic card that said "dear homeowner", thank you... He is knowledgeable and mild mannered but a little hands off and impersonal for our experience.

Working with Steve was not only a pleasure but an amazing experience as well. We sold our house in 1 day for over asking price. Such an easy and nice way to remember the experience! Thanks Steve!

If you are looking for an agent who works for you regardless of your circumstances then Steve is the agent that I would recommend! When I first met Steve and was curious about the process of selling my house, he instantly started asking me about what my goals were and how much did I ultimately want to sell my house for. Then, he started to work towards that goal by analyzing actual facts about the surrounding area and what was realistically achievable etc. which I really liked. There were no cutting corners or settling for less to sell it fast, or none of that… We already knew that our house was going to be a challenge to sell based on location and our price within the market at the time, and it took us about six months to find a qualified buyer… but during the entire time we had constant traffic and open house events, and pretty much every single agent that would schedule an appointment knew who Steve was and how much they enjoyed working with him, which is not something you hear from competitors. Not only is he one of the most skilled and connected agents with over 20+ years of experience out there, but his honesty and patience to reach YOUR goals while providing his professional insight along the way is what sets him apart! I quickly learned that he works with many agents and he spreads the wealth among his colleagues to get the job done no matter how small or desirable the project is… once he sold our house we turned around and bought a brand-new house with his team within just one showing. I can’t say enough about Steve and his team, but I say this, I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!!
